Death in Tokyo

The big news now in Japan is the suicide of the Agriculture Minister Toshikatsu Matsuoka. The Japanese media is reporting on his death notes, left at the apartment where he was found hanging yesterday. On one in which he addresses the 'people', it is reported that he closed with the phrase, 'Prime Minister Abe, Nippon, Banzai.' I also noticed nationalist Tokyo governor Ishihara comment on his suicide on TV, saying that he was a samurai to the end.
